The workout is displayed as a movie on various platforms (mobile, web and tv set), like in case of DVD, but the difference is that every workout day in our solution is different/unique enforcing you to make progress
Each training plan includes diversified training sessions to make it attractive and to reach next difficulty levels, every day is different.
You can track your progress by checking your calories stats, after each training. We are measuring your progress to be able to adapt feature training plans for you.
We know that it's hard to spent 2 hours per day just to get your workout done in a gym. Home workout if done properly are very time efficient. Most of our workouts will take you no longer then 30 minutes. Add these short training sessions to your daily routine and you will get amazing results.
